For each customer, one of the

following
must be entered after the
Event
• Tenant ID
• TPID
• D&B
• Web URL

The Microsoft team will

validate the customer
information to ensure
customer legitimacy. 5
customers must be valid for
payment.

Customer Validation
information must be inputted
before you are able to submit
POEs.

 Microsoft Cloud Accelerator Program Events: POE #1 Invoice the program

Whether the template or an

organization invoice is used, all
information here must be included.

As a reminder, a minimum of 5
customers must be registered for
an event, all 5+ customers must be
included on the invoice

Microsoft pays out in US Dollars,

please ensure the Invoice Amount
reflects this.

Microsoft does not pay tax or VAT.

Microsoft Cloud Accelerator Program Events: POE #2 Roll Call & Trial Activation
Microsoft Cloud Accelerator Program Events Submitting POEs
After the Event is held, POE’s
should be completed and
submitted from your Partner
Dashboard.

Send the Customer Survey

using the template to
attendees of the Event.

Note: After downloading,

you must select FORWARD
to send the message to your
attendee with
the appropriate formatting.

Invoice and POE Templates

can be downloaded under
“Required documents.”

Bill of Sale or evidence of

Trial Activation is required
for additional incentive

POE’s will be reviewed by

the support team, any POE
that does not meet approval
criteria will be sent back to
the partner to correct.
