EXPERIENCE
Segula Japan (02/2021 -till now) (Deputed from Sekkei Solution)
Mechanical design, development & project Managing activities for Nissan e-power Packaging:
• Representing Segula Infront of Nissan as Engineer solution service provider and understanding Nissan design concern for
which they need engineering solution from Segula
• Brainstorming with EV expert Segula -Germany and NVH expert Segula-France regarding Nissan design concern.
• After Brain storming, design & develop as an engineer solution Busbar & ECU bracket for Nissan epower battery system.
• In later phase also connecting with European busbar supplier for understanding our design feasibility of Busbar like flexible
busbar welded with solid busbar; flexible cable welded with solid Busbar and two pieces busbar feasiblity.
• Designed and proposing flexible cable welded with solid Busbar with support of supplier for resolving the workability
or processability issue.
• Negotiating with supplier for cost.
• Discussing with Segula France for confirmation of Designed ECU bracket and Busbar against NVH and shock simulation
considering Function warranty and Insulation warranty.
Achievements
• Flexible Cable welded on solid busbar technology proposed by Segula was recognized by Nissan and under detail study
with supplier consider cost and manufacturability for mass production.

Project Manager for Marelli tool buy off activity execution for Renault Russia
During Marelli Buy off activity I worked as a Russian Renault representative in Marelli and executed tool buyoff.
Responsible parts were:
PANEL-INST, SKIN, LID-AIRBAG, PAD&PANEL ASSY-INST, G/BOX OTR, G/BOX INR, COVER G/BOX, G/BOX TRIM
Major Activities:
• Visiting Marelli for parts defect inspection and trying to understand the countermeasure for those defects.
• Physically Inspection for designing & molding defects and appearance of above parts and do the physical mark up (Burrs, Flow
mark, Gate mark, Scratches, Sink mark and so on)
• Inspecting Jig & fixture and also inspecting the measurement of IP panel with ghost gauges
• Managing open issue list, executing weekly meeting for status update and Sharing MOM to all concern members (Renault Russia;
Segula France & Marelli Japan)
• Final Buyoff execution and later getting PO approval from Renault Russian and Segula France.
Achievements
• For Camera Visibility confirmation prepared checked list and manual which was followed by all the Nissan team members.
• Also prepared checklist and manual for making 3D CAD Data of Harness for Radar, Camera, Sonar that also followed by all
the Nissan Team members.
Mechanical Design & development activities for Rear Bumper, Side mold, Sill cover & Over fender of EV vehicle (ADS lot to DC lot):
• During initial stage of vehicle, created ADCS & DCS (Design concept) for responsible parts. DCS propose overall idea of part
structure, part list (BOM) and fixing structure, which later help in budget allocation for those parts.
• Using Styling data providing styling feedback to styling team for RR bumper, over fender, side mold and sill cover that also
includes master section study considering fixing structure for all variants and zones.
• For RR Bumper plastic manufacturing feasibility interacting with production team and include their feedback in styling
feedback.
• Stone Clipping Study of Side parts in styling feedback (Side mold, Sill cover & over Fender)
• Fit and finish study with surrounding parts.
• Regularly interacting with surrounding engineers (Back door, FR door, RR door & Body team)
• Designed common sill cover for all the variants and all zones using styling data in such a way that battery cover should not
be visible to customer from outside view.
• BOM creation (Initial Part List) for responsible parts, RFQ and Technical file creation, negotiating with supplier & Data
storage for all lots.
Achievements
• Got an opportunity to work on Rear Bumper, over fender, side mold and sill cover of EV Vehicle of Nissan- Ariya which will going
to release on 2021. Fixing structure ideas all the responsible components on this Nissan Ariya were proposed by me and got
approval & appreciation from Exterior Manager and Styling team.
Achievements
• I Was a 1st member who was Dispatched from TCS to Mazda on Brake Team, from one member we became 9 members
team from TCS out of which 3 members were in Japan Mazda including me and 4 members were in TCS -Bangalore. All the 9
members were reporting to me.
• Initially we had a responsibility Only for EPB harness for one vehicle, later client became satisfied from our deliverables we
were able to convenience them to share more responsibilities (All piping, harness and hoses for Front and Rear Brake
system) for two vehicles all variants.
Achievements
• I was a part of Brake team who was responsible for development and design of EPB harness and bracket of present Nissan
Note and Serena.
