ANY PROBLEM?

Hi Dear,

Sorry, I was late yesterday. So many things (1) HAPPENED before the night. First, I left my keys
at work and I had to go back to pick them (2)OUT . Then, I realised that I was (3) RUNNING out
of petrol so I had to fill up the tank. The problem is that I didn’t have enough money (4) ON me to
pay for it. I had to borrow some from a friend who was with me. I finally got back and forgot that I
left my outfit at the cleaners. It was a drama, but finally I am glad. Anyway, it won’t happen again

STRANGE THINGS
Order the story:
1. It was just after midnight on July 17th last year and James was driving home from
work.
2. The road was clear and he was driving carefully.
3. A girl was killed in a car on this road in July 1971 and since then several people have
seen her ghost there.
4. He got out and looked under the car, but to his surprise, there was nothing there. He
felt a cold wind.
5. Suddenly a young girl stepped out into the road in front of him.
6. James tried to stop but it was too late.
7. Few minutes later, the police arrived and they weren’t surprised when James told
them the story.

THE NORTH SEA

The North Sea is a part of the Atlantic Ocean. It lies between Great Britain and the northern and
north-western mainland of Europe. Seven (1) COUNTRIES border the North Sea: Germany,

I don’t remember exactly the last time when I…(indica lo que se cita en la pregunta), but it was

personas: my family, my friends, my girl/boyfriend...) and we… (desarrolla lo que ocurrió,
intentando describir con claridad y simpleza).

2.- HOW DID YOU FEEL? - FEELINGS

To be honest, I felt quite (completar con adjetivos negativos, por ejemplo, disappointed, upset,
worried… o positivos, lucky, glad,…) and I would (n’t) like to repeat it since… (explicar el
motivo por el que queréis o no que se repita la situación).
