What were the issues in the firm?


First of all Volkswagen in 2014 they introduced the VW XL1 which claimed to be the most
fuel efficient car. The later scandal showed up at just how misleading this claims really were.
Volkswagen clearly had a toxic cooperage culture that placed short term goals over long term
profitability. They used diseal and installed a deafest device in cars to cheat the public and
government .
They admitted that about 11 million cars world wide including eight mullion in Europe, were
fitted in the so called defeat devices.

immoral, and illegal behaviours.
