EXECUTIVE SUMMARY.

This proposal outlines my business plans to open next year in January

2023. It is a plan to establish an importation of luxury turkey doors
into Nigeria. As of the early stage of the business, no other store is
being built just a warehouse where the goods will be held I n
inventory. Business with involves the selling of the doors will be in
both retail and wholesale. Interstate deliveries would be made and the
mode of communication for business would be through WhatsApp.
No website would be available because this is the early stage now. I
would be able to handle the business online since I would be in
school, and my warehouse is non the mainland but every weekend
when available I would go to look at the inventory stock for goods
health and preservation strategy.

After carrying out a survey and having worked for 3
companies before now. I used my data and had a 95%
probability testing that my target market is between the ages
27 to 60 of age both male and female. I have been doing
research and involved in critical thinking.
How can this business help solve problems?
I am proposing to solve the problems of not having luxury
doors in Nigeria and not having them in the most essential
buildings like event centers, restaurants, or even halls, etc.
Many people want these doors but aren’t willing to order just
a few doors for their use and must pay for importation fees.
That’s where I come in and provide them when they need
doors in the same country, they reside in.

humans. I in this case have an upper hand in specializing and
capturing human essence and understanding the way humans think

I have a consistent overview of how balance sheets are interpreted
and written. I also know how income statements are produced from
the bank and how to finalize them, now I am venturing into the Top
Business School in Nigeria “LAGOS BUSINESS SCHOOL” also the top
school in West Africa Lagos Business school where I am taking my
MBA and strategizing myself to finish and be credited on staring my
first business project in 2022 which is to commence in 2023.
