References: a. Approved Memorandum from DRDO dated December 29, 2022 with subject: ‘Tasking re Simultaneous Oath-Taking, Donning and Pinning of Ranks of 2° Level Uniformed Personnel under the CY 2022 Regular Promotion Program; b. Memorandum from OIC, DPRM dated December 20, 2022 with subject: “Simultaneous Oath-Taking, Donning and Pinning of Ranks of 2"! Level Uniformed Personnel under the CY 2022 Regular Promotion Program’, 2. This pertains to the conduct of Simultaneous Oath-Taking, Donning, and Pinning of Ranks of the newly promoted 2™ Level Uniformed Personnel under the CY 2022 Regular Promotion Program on January 10, 2023 (Tuesday), 9:00 AM at the PROS Grandstand, Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City and in the different Police Provincial Offices and City Police Office. 3. In this regard, all promotable PCOs, PNCOs from RHQ and promotable personnel from RSUs are directed to report to this camp on January 9, 2023 (Monday), 3:00PM and on January 10, 2023 (Tuesday), 7:00 AM for the conduct of rehearsal. Moreover, all promotable PNCOs from PPOs/CPO shall conduct rehearsals on same date and time and submit to this office (Attn: PPS) after activity report NLT 5:00 PM, January 9, 2023 (Monday). Those personne! who failed to attend said rehearsals will not be allowed to join the ceremony on January 10, 2023 and will be given demerits for being absent during the command activity. 4. Likewise, all promotees are allowed only one family member to join them provided that he/she is fully vaccinated and does not have any COVID-19 symptoms. 5. Further, all promotees who will bring along their vehicle are not allowed to park within the camp premises. ‘Life is Beautiful. Kaligtasan Nyo, Sagot ko. Tulong-tulong Tayo.”
