1. Reference: Memorandum from Chief, RPRMD dated December 27, 2022 with
the same subject as above.

2. This pertains to the online administration of the CY 2022 Personnel Satisfaction

Survey (PSS), which will be accomplished by all PNP personnel in order to assess and
evaluate the issues and concerns of both Uniformed and Non-Uniformed Personnel as well
as to determine their level of satisfaction with the PNP organization. The result of the
survey will also help the top management to address issues and concerns effectively and
efficiently.

3. In connection with this reference, submitted herewith is the data on the Conduct
of Online Personnel Satisfaction Survey 2022.
