It was followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem 35 and a short prayer. 36 37 II. ROLL CALL 38 39 The Presiding Officer requested the PSSg Romeo K Seron to call the roll. Knowing 40 that 2 MAC Members were present, the Presiding Officer declared that there was a quorum. 41 42 III. OVERVIEW OF THE MEETING 43 44 The Presiding Officer extended their gratitude and recognized the members of the 45 Municipal Advisory Council (MAC) who attended the meeting. After which, the Presiding 46 Officer explained the rationale of the conduct of the meeting, emphasizing reports and 47 accomplishments particularly in compliance of Integrated Transportation Program – 48 Performance Governance System (ITP-PGS) of the PNP Patrol Plan 2030. 49 50 IV. READING OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING 51 52 The minutes of the previous meeting which was conducted last December 2020 was presented by Secretariat for the council’s adoption. 53 V. MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES 54 55 - Concern on Issuances of Travel Authority and Medical Certificate to travellers 56 57 VI. BUSINESS OF THE DAY 58 59 - PLT VILSASAR R COLIOA, OIC presented the Libagon MPS Tactical 60 Dashboard to the Municipal Advisory Council (MAC) members followed with 61 the topic discussed, to wit; 62 - Presentation of the Updated Libagon MPS Tactical Dashboard 63 - Preparation for the Proficiency Evaluation Process 64 - PLT VILSASAR R COLIAO reported the rundown of January accomplishments and 65 preparation for the February 2021 accomplishments 66 - Reported the current situation of Insurgency, that no monitored sightings and 67 movements of Communist Terrorist/New People’s Army in the area. 68 - All other matter that necessitates discussion to the benefit of the PNP service. 69 70 VII.
