SUBJECT : Advisory No. 1: Bayanihan: COVID-19 Laboratory Network

Recognition Ceremony

This has reference to the upcoming COVID-19 Laboratory Network Recognition Ceremony.
We are pleased to announce that the recognition ceremony will be held on December 01,
2023 (Friday) in The Eye at Green Sun Hotel, 2285 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City.

We would like to share the following information for your reference:

1. The requested attire for the attendees is Filipiniana.

2. We understand that not everyone will be able to attend the event physically. In light of
this, we will be sharing a live feed to ensure that everyone can still be a part of this
momentous occasion. A link to the live feed will be shared as soon as available.
3. With the limited parking space available and to ensure ample parking space, we
respectfully advise our participants from Metro Manila, who will be arriving through
a private/office vehicle, to consider dropping off at the venue only. For participants
outside Metro Manila who will be bringing a private/office vehicle, kindly email us at
covid19labnetworkph.recognition@gmail.com on or before November 27, 2023, with
the following details:

b. Region
c. Vehicle and Plate Number

 4. The event organizer is preparing two (2) hotels for accommodation for participants
outside Metro Manila. Specific details on the accommodation will be provided in a
future advisory next week.

Furthermore, we are also sharing the general schedule (Annex A) for the upcoming ceremony
for your information.
