10.1 Downloading from the PG/PC to the Programmable Controller

10.1.1 Requirements for Downloading

Requirement for Downloading to the programmable controller

 There must be a connection between your Programming device and the PLC
module.
 Switch the key switch on rack interface module to Programming mode.
 Initiate communication with the rack by clicking on the Connect option in
the file menu and then selecting the connection method.

 Click the Download to rack option Button on the 3500 system Configuration
in the file Menu.
10.1.1 Requirements for Uploading

Requirement for Uploading to the programmable controller

 There must be a connection between your Programming device and the PLC
module.
 Switch the key switch on rack interface module to Programming mode.
 Initiate communication with the rack by clicking on the Connect option in
the file menu and then selecting the connection method.

 Click the Upload to rack option Button on the 3500 system Configuration in
the file Menu.
 Once the configuration is uploaded save the file using save as option in file
menu and save it on desired location.
