SUBJECT : APPOINTMENT OF MR. CARL JEJE S. QUIAMJOT AS CHAIRPERSON

OF THE DINAGYAW SA TABLAS FESTIVAL COMPETITION 2023

The office of the undersigned formally notifies you that MR. CARL JEJE S. QUIAMJOT,
Teacher II of Quirico G. Manzano Memorial National High School (QGMMNHS) was
appointed as Chairperson of Dinagyaw sa Tablas Festival Competition 2023, by virtue
of the Special Order No. 1104 s. 2022, issued by Hon. Ray R. Ruiz, Municipal Mayor.

As per the Special Order, Mr. Quiamjot is directed to establish and organize members and
working committees necessary for the said competition. Further, he will be in-charge of all
the undertakings required for the purpose of favorable outcome of the Dinagyaw sa Tablas
Festival Competition 2023.
