NARRATION OF EXPERIENCES
On the first day of my On-The-Job Training (OJT). I was not very excited and not so nervous
since I was used to it and that environment was not new to me as well as the people surrounding me, for
the reason that I have been working as a call center before On-The-Job Training (OJT).. Concentrix and
my colleagues were also my companions before my On-The-Job Training (OJT).. Mr. Reginald has been
my mentor, he is a caring, loving, and careful supervisor he always reminds me in the process of our work
so that we do not make mistakes.
In my second week of my On-The-Job Training (OJT) our team was already upskill in chat
support. We trained with added tools and HIPPA verification, I had a happier day at work because we had
a new line of business (LOB) and our knowledge expanded, especially in the process of our product.
After our training we had a 10 days transition where we will test what we learned in the training and of
course we will have a grade after the transition and that grade will decide if we will pass and will be a
chat support and if otherwise we will be returned to the previous line of business (LOB) which is calls.
We have passed that transition and our work has become more fun because it is easier to talk in
chat, you will never hear if they are angry or irate, it has become more stress free at work. It’s easier to
get a high score in chat than calls based on my experience. I also learned more new vocabulary words that
I can also use at work. Positive delivery of words in chat more become easier, I also learned more sugar
quoting technique I use to calm angry member’s.
Our day -to -day work has continued until this day. I will never forget my last day at On-The-Job
Training (OJT) because I filled the 300 hrs. requirement demanded by the school and beside my co-
workers and supervisor congratulate me for the new achievement I got in my life. I thank God so much
for the food he gives me every day so that I can handle everything. I also thank the professors and
everyone around me who are willing to help in any way.

WORK ACCOMPLISHMENTS
My Accomplishments during my On-The-Job Training were as follows:
1. Completed the training for ACA tier 1

2. Completed the training for ACA tier 2
3. Completed the training for ACA tier 2 chat support
4. Completed the ACA courses for being agent
5. Completed member’ claims & benefits refresher
6. Completed ODG refresher
7. Taking call’s and fixing member’s concern
8. Taking chat and fixing member’s concern
9. Familiarizing tools navigation and uses
10. Familiarizing how our product works
11. Protecting health information of our member’s
12. Finishing promise actions of our co-worker

PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED AND RECOMMENDATION
During my On-The-Training, I encountered one problem which is the delay of salary of the
employees. There was a new hired from HR department but on her 1 st month her salary was delay.
