    1) Rural House to House training to House to House Team and Vector Control
    Team in each block has been completed. District level and Block level
    Trainers from the end of Health Dept. have trained all members.

    2) User ID and Password for online portal entry have been shared via mail
    with District and Block Administration.

    3) Till 16.09.19, upload of any report has not been done to online portal
    from any block.
