Project Handover to MoE

After the physical completion of the school’s infrastructure project, it is handed over to the directorate of
MoE at provincial level. The handing over process would be carried out based on the following points:

1. Submitting the final report of the School infrastructure projects as per the signed contract by
MRRD district engineer to community and certifying the final report by the CDC Office Bearers
2. Providing final completion report of project by district engineer of MRRD and submitted to
provincial office of MRRD for their approval.
3. MRRD provincial office will submit the final report to MOE provincial directorate for their review
and feedback in accordance with contracted drawings and specifications
4. MRRD provincial engineer and also provincial database officer would check the final status report
and related technical documents and he/she will random check some completed projects practically
on the site and would be compare the final report to the actual condition of project and then approve
the final completion report
5. If there was no comment from MOE provincial office and third party then MRRD provincial
engineer would submit the report to CCNPP’ provincial manager and he would review, check and
approve
6. After approval of MRRD provincial manager, the final report is entered to MIS system by
provincial data officer of MRRD including its scanned copy and the original physical report would
be added to the related community proposal
7. Officially inform (with attached final report and copy of relevant documents) respective director
of MoE at provincial level for taking over the completed project of school
8. The MoE related office at provincial level has responsibility to take over the completed building
within one week of receiving information from MRRD
9. MoE Provincial Directorate formally send all handover documents to ISD which approved by
MRRD and MoE provincial technical teams
10. ISD will submit the provincial handed over (sajil) documents to MOE AMLAK department for
their calculation as a complete Schools.
