PROCEDURE FOR MOVING COMPLETED PROJECTS

1. Project manager of completed projects has to issue an email to IT department


and mark cc to management and all HOD.
2. On receiving the email, IT personal shall move the respective project to its
concerned location.
3. After moving the folder, IT personal will provide return mail to the concerned
project manager and management and all HOD.
4. If any re-work on moved project is required, then the project manager has to
issue an email to IT department and cc to management, only after receiving
the mail completed projects shall be restored to current project list within a
sufficient time frame (based on project folder size).
5. After restored the folder, IT personal will provide return mail to the concerned
project manager.
6. Project manager of user access has to issue an email to IT department.
7. Backup of every completed project will be taken on every month end.
