3. Create a group on Facebook Messenger for the client and add Dean & PM
4. Add project to Monday & Slack
5. Complete Admin - add client to XXX financial Sheet

Content & Design Brief

1. Create a client folder in the Google Drive
2. Use the content document to create a Website Design Brief.

Design
1. Using the content document & design brief to delegate the UI design to the designer.
2. Get the design, do Quality Assurance and provide revisions to the designer.
3. Get the design, do more revisions if necessary.
4. Show the client the design and get approval to move into development.

Development
1. Delegate the UI designs to the development team.
2. Once developed, do a deep Quality Assurance and fix revisions of Home Page.
3. Show the client the home page - once approved, move on to…
4. Request 5 Main Unique Pages (Past Work/Portfolio, Contact, About Us).
5. When the main pages are done, build silo pages for Near Me and Services pages.
6. When all the pages are done, do one more final Quality Assurance sweep.
