➢Tittle of the project :-

Hotel management system

➢Introduction :-
Hotel Management System deals with the maintenance of a
guest’s bill during one’s stay at the hotel and withal the allocation
of rooms for them. It contains all the basic functions which
include entering customer’s data, calculating room rent,
restaurant bill, laundry bill, game bill, and total cost.

➢Objective:-
1. The objective of Hotel Management system is to develop a
project which maintains booking of rooms and handles
accounts of a hotel. It is a window based application to be
implemented in python.
2. To make the process of entering details and billing more
faster , accurate and easy to do .

➢Scope:-
The scope of hotel management system extends by all the users
who wants quick and easy check in to the hotels and restaurants.
This program will be used for storing user’s info .
➢Frontend :python
Hotel management system project is a desktop application which
is developed in python platform. This is a simple and basic project
for learning purpose. Also it can be modified to develop advanced
level project.
➢Backend :DBMS
This is an RDBMS based project which is currently using MySQL
for all the information in open source RDBMS system. This is
used for hotel record’s ,billing ,and personal data. Easier to
understand and use.
