GEMS Self-service Password Management

GEMS self-service password reset portal is designed to serve all category of users (staff / students &
parents) to manage passwords their own in case if they wish to recover or prefer to reset. Below walk-
through familiarize the procedures involved –

Password Reset Portal

All users they are registered their secondary email address with the OASIS system will be able to make
use of the self-reset portal - https://selfreset.gemseducation.com/default.aspx directly and there will be
a one-time-password (OTP) sent to the external personal address for the process completion.

a. If the external email ID is already registered – users can type-in their user ID directly and start
using the reset portal

b. There will be an email sent to the secondary email address you register with –
c. Provide the One Time Password (OTP) and proceed towards the password reset -

d. Ensure the new password meets the complexity requirement and proceeds towards the reset –

e. Ensure you receive a success notification is received


GEMS Password Registration Portal
If the staff is not registered for the password reset functionality, they can do that anytime by
accessing the registration portal https://selfregistration.gemseducation.com/default.aspx

a. Or accessing the registration link from password reset portal as portrayed below –
b. Provide login credentials to access the registration site and follow the procedures
c. Confirm the login credentials you’re about to register for this functionality

d. Provide the external / personal email address for receiving one-time password (OTP)
e. Ensure the registration is completed successfully
