You should have received notifications about training being assigned to you to your work email provided

during onboarding.

If you can’t find it (including SPAM), you can still access the training by logging to the training platform
using the credentials you’ve set for the previous trainings.

Please try logging to the training portal using the credentials you had for previous 2 trainings:

Your user name: you work email

If you can’t remember the password, you can reset it here:

In case of resetting the password:


• Make sure that you have a stable internet connection on your mobile phone or computer.
• Make sure to have only one tab open to the CSOD training portal when requesting the
password reset. If you have more than one tab open to the CSOD training portal, you will
likely cause a corruption of the security token in cache. If this is the case, you will have to
close your browser (all tabs!), clear your cache before proceeding to request the password
reset email again.
• Use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari to complete this training.
• The training will open in a pop-up window. Please allow this in your browser.

It might also help if before resetting the password you:

-clear browser’s cache


-close the browser
-opens the rest password link in the incognito mode as a single window

-Be aware that the password reset email can take several hours to be received.
-The password reset link will only be valid for 24 hours.
-Check your spam and junk folders if you have not seen an email within 3-4 hours.
-Do not request another password reset until the 24-hour time expires or you will invalidate any
previous requests.
-Also, the Username provided in the email must be used exactly as it appears in the email or the
corresponding account will not be found and a password reset email will not be sent.
