How to Access LMS Portal - Student User Guide (DRAFT JUNE14 v1)

Your AMAES USN account and Certificate of Enrolment (COR)

must be active for the current term to access LMS Online Portal.

1. Open DISCIPULUS (DC) Portal at

https://discipulus.amasystem.net
Login using your 11-digit USN and password
Note: USN account password is case sensitive

2. Click main Menu and then select LMS Login

3. Every term, after you've completed your enrolment,
current term LMS link is displayed and enabled.
Click blue button ENTER CLICK HERE.
4. Your enrolled subjects for the current term selected are
displayed.
LMS Portal are divided in 2 separate sites .
a. Virtual Class (VC) and Online Class (OC) site
- VC class , live remote virtual class via Zoom
- OC class
where you will take weekly quiz activity
access learning resource materials if there's no current term displayed ex. 2213
a. check if your COR is active for the term
b. Online Exam site
b. Ask Enrolled Support team to check your latest
- Period/Major Exam payment and enrolment status if applied correctly.
- follows exam schedule based on Academic calendar
- Restriction access based on Tuition payments made asof
- TakeExamCode (1,2,3) for regular exam
- SpecialExamcode per subject for Special Exam

Click the blue button icon to open LMS Portal:

a. Proceed to LMS Virtual Class
b. Proceed to LMS Period Exam

5. When you access LMS portal for the first time , your DC USN
account password are synchronized ahead f time and
automatically .
You need to encode your email address to complete your LMS
profile, click UPDATE PROFILE button to continue.
Note: Always use DC to LMS login facility to access LMS.
Subjects and TakeExamcode data are sync/triggered here.
If there's no displayed subjects
a. wait at least 24 hours after completion of
enrolment.
b. ask Enrolment Team if there's missing subject.
c. For wrong subjects/dropped subjects , you need to
process separately

VIRTUAL CLASS (VC course) Your assigned OLC Teacher (Host) will start/open
- To attend Virtual Class, you need to download & install ZOOM app the zoom activity 5 minutes before start of
- to Join VC Zoom class , click blue video button classes.

Join the live remote class by clicking the ZOOM

icon and click JOIN button.

1. A class will have a VC session /posted link if

- Use the site to take Period/Major exams
- You can only take any exam if the restriction code matches your
TakeExamCode issued from enrolment System.
- TakeExamcode are updated/sync daily based on your latest
payments due as of.

REMINDER
Before and during taking of exams
1. Restart your desktop or device to have a fresh
working memory, stop unnecessary running
programs to improved device system performance.
2. TakeExamCode - login to LMS twice if not yet
reflected or check from time to time.
For mobile devices - reboot mobile device ,
relogin then check if you can open period exam.
Please update payments due based on your
COR/Assessment form on/or before exam date.
3. Login to LMS as single browser session,, one tab
only. Do not open more than 1 browser window,
multi session or multi tab access.
4. If there's technical issue, try to refresh page or
relogin or check/resume at later time. All
quizzes/exam must be submitted same day.
5. Monitor Attempt summary page. All
quizzes/exam attempt with issues (expired) or zero
scores are purge .
Retake once new attempt/s are replenished.
