EMIS is an overview of institution. It will represent info-graphic information about
academic program, students, results, income and expense.

Admission information
LMS will provide department, school, program based admission and registration
information. A free calling option is included in LMS. Online admission and payment
process have been added in this page.

Fee and audit maintenance

Institute can take any types of admission fee and another fee by LMS in a flexible way.
After completing the payment an audit paper will be generated.

Questionnaire moderation
By the use of LMS a teacher can create and moderate questionnaire anytime anywhere.
After the moderation of questioner, a teacher can auto-generate an exam paper without
any preference.

Test/ Exam/ Transcript

The institute can take any kind of test or exam by this LMS like

2. Integrated Zoom Video Conferencing:

This conference system allows you to take interactive classes with students without
creating an account. You will be able to take the test at the end of the class or during
the class and report the results. There is a facility to record classes. The limitation of
zoom is that the classes will be recorded and stored on your local PC. You will need to
upload again.

The teacher can also add a quiz in this resource and live class by this LMS.

Online course
After completing the several numbers of the live class, it can be remade as an online
certificate course in future. The institute can offer this online course free or paid by this
LMS.

Resource and Journal e-Library

Teacher and student can upload their research article in this platform. Renowned and
relevant journals can share in this platform.

 Interactive Video: Our LMS has Interactive video which is a type of digital video
that supports user
interaction. These
videos play like
regular video files,
but include clickable
areas, or "hotspots,"
that perform an
action when you click
on them. Teachers
can perform a quick
assessment with the
features of
interactive video.
The students can not
watch the rest of the video until they answer the questions correctly. If they
submit any wrong answer, the video will start again from the beginning.

 YouTube Video, Pdf, PPT: Teachers can upload videos or embed YouTube
videos in our LMS. In addition, they can upload any Power Point file or PDF.

 Lesson: Teachers can prepare lessons for their students from this section and
share content to help students better understand the lessons.
 Glossary: Teachers can use it to create vocabulary related specific topic or
composition.
 Book: Teachers can upload book content, various chapters and sub-chapters as

references. You can embed and share URLs.

Assignment
Teachers can also take assignments from our LMS. Students can submit their
assignment written in our LMS or as DOCX file, PDF, PPT, Podcast, Video file etc.

Assignments can be taken in any amount of words or files. Students cannot copy/
paste others.

Teachers can:

 See which students have or haven’t submitted their assignment.

 Set a due date for submission. After the due date submission won’t be allowed.
 Can choose who can submit or who cannot.
 View students detailed information. (Name, Profile picture, Mobile number,
Department, Submission status, Grade, Last modification etc.)
 Grade the submission.
 Teachers can give feedback Stained through or commenting on student
assignments & reports using Paint Tools.
