Abstract

Organizational behaviour is the study of how individuals act and conduct oneself within an
organization. It helps in understanding members of an organization, as well as choosing
applicable management and leadership styles. The main objective of this paper is to express the
significance of Organizational Behaviour. To convey this, the main topics in this study will be
visited. Such as values and its direct link to one’s attitude, culture and job satisfaction. In
addition, the Five Factor Model (FFM) of personality and its application to work environments
will be analysed, coupled with job typology, personality job fit and performance theory.
To prove the hypothesis that Organizational Behaviour is important, the researchers will cite
credible available literature to explain its meaningful characteristics and support the points that
will be made.
At the end of this paper, readers will have a clear understanding of values, attitudes, job
satisfaction and personalities within organisation
