Noted:
Wifi have to be 2.4Ghz(not 5G)
It must be guaranteed that the phone uses the same WiFi as your meter will be connected,
only so, the meter can connect to your WiFi.
For example:
when your phone uses a 4G signal, and the WiFi name you are about to connect is aaabbb,,
the meter is not connected to WiFi;
only your phone also uses the same WiFi (aaabbb),then the electric meter can connect with
WiFi successfully.
① First, let the electric meter power on，

② long press of the blue button (more than 7 seconds),
③ When the meter count is displayed on the LCD screen for more than 7 seconds, release the
button, and the meter status light is in a yellow light quick flash mode, then the meter wifi
configuration mode has been turned on.

3). WiFi is successfully connected:

After the wifi is successfully connected to the meter, the yellow light will no longer quick
flash (it will not flash or slow flash)
3. LCD screen display
The LCD screen of the electricity meter normally displays the remaining power. Users can
turn the page to view other parameters through the button. Without the button operation
within 30 seconds, the electricity meter will return to display page of remaining power.The
specific is shown as follows:
1) . Remaining power：
This page shows the remaining power, the last one is the decimal, over 99999.9 will not
recharge. The figure below shows the remaining 80 degrees of electricity.
2) . Total power：
This page shows the total amount used after the meter is installed, which is automatically
accumulated after leaving the factory, and the user cannot clear it.The figure below shows the

accumulated 80 degrees of electricity after the meter is installed.
3) . Voltage：
This page displays the current real-time voltage value of the meter, 1 decimal place, in unit V.
The figure below shows it as the current voltage of 220v.
4) . Current：
This page displays the real-time current value of the meter, 1 decimal place, in A. The figure
below shows the real-time current 2A.
5). Active power：

This page displays the current real-time power value of the meter in W.The figure below
shows it as the current power of 0W.
5). power factor (PF)：

This page shows the current power factor of the electricity meter.The figure below shows it as
the current power factor 1.

6). Power threshold:

The page shows the power threshold set by the user. If the real-time power exceeds the
threshold for 30 seconds continuously, the meter will overpower trip. The following figure
shows the current power threshold value of 1400W.
7) . Meter connection status and registration status :

The page shows two digits, one on the left for the meter connection Status, 0 for not
connected, 2 for the meter has successfully connected to the server.( WI-FI type has Status
digital 1 indicate that the meter is connected to the router, but the router is not connected to
the Internet.)
The one on the right is the ammeter registration status bit, 0 indicates that the new meter is
not registered, 2 indicates that it has been registered into the system. The meter in use
displays the following image, successfully connected to the server and registered into the
system.
8) . Sequence number of meter

The Bar Code of the meter’s nameplate is a row of numbers, beginning with 19, with a total
of 11 digits. The LCD screen shows only the last 6 digits. For example, a Wi-fi meter with
the serial number 19100000780 displays a 000780, as shown below.

4. Introduction Of The Main Functions of the APP System
The system is divided into five modules: smart electricity meter management , smart water
meter management, neighbourhood group management, recharge management, and my
center.
1). Smart meters management
Enter the smart meters management page

After successfully logging in to the system, access to the smart meters management page.
① Add the electricity meter

Click the "+" button in the upper right corner of the page to access to the
Add new meter page and enter the relevant information, and then complete the addition of

the meter.
2). Search for the electricity meter
Enter the meter number in the search box at the top to search for the specified meter
information
3). Date refresh
Drop-down the screen to refresh the date of the electricity meter.
4). Page of meter details
Click the meter unit to enter the corresponding meter details page
Introduction to Meter Details Page
The page include the information such as electricity meter name,meter number, online or
on-off status, the load power on or power off, total power consumption, remaining power and
meter temperature.
5). Remote control

The remote control function of the smart meter can be realized through the power on
button and power off button.
6). Other additional functions
In addition to basic information and remote control functions, the meter details page also
makes a statistical analysis of the meter’s historical power consumption and recharge records.
7). Edit meter information
Click the Edit button in the upper right corner of the detail page to edit and modify the basic
information of the meters.
8)Neighborhood Management
① Enter the neighborhood management page
Enter the neighborhood management by clicking the "neighborhood management" button on
the bottom navigation bar.

② Add Neighborhood
Click the "+" button in the upper right corner of the page to enter the add neighborhood
page, enter the relevant information, and complete the neighborhood addition.
③ Search Neighborhood
Enter the neighborhood name in the search box at the top to search for the specified
neighborhood information
④Data Refresh
You can refresh the data of the neighborhood list through the drop-down screen.
9) Building Management
① Enter the building management page
Click on the neighborhood unit to enter the building management interface of the
corresponding neighborhood.

② Add Building
Click the "+" button in the upper right corner of the page to enter the add building page, enter
the relevant information, and complete the addition of the building.
③ Search for buildings
Enter the building name in the top search box to search for the specified building information
④Data refresh
You can refresh the data of the building list through the drop-down screen
10). Recharge Management
① Enter the recharge management page
Enter the recharge management interface through the "Recharge Management" button at the
bottom of the page navigation

② Recharge Operation
Enter the smart meter number
You can enter the smart meter number through the mobile phone keyboard
Or through the code scanning function, scan the device number to complete the input of the
smart meter number.
Select the recharge amount
After entering the smart meter number, the system will automatically determine the smart
meter type (electric meter/water meter), automatically associate the smart meter related
information, click the recharge amount input box, and select the corresponding recharge
amount from the drop-down list
Calculate the total price
The system will automatically calculate the recharge power or water amount according to the
unit price information and the selected recharge amount
Complete Recharge
Click the "recharge" button to complete the recharge of the smart meter.
11). My Center
①Enter the my center
Click the "My Center" button in the bottom navigation bar to enter the my center page.

② Introduction to My Center
In the My center, you can modify the user account password and edit the unit price of water
and electricity meters.
WiFi connection
Click the "WIFI Access" button to access to WIFI.
Exit system
Click the quit button to exit the system and return to the system login interface.
5. Installation instructions
1). Communication settings:
The WiFi meter installation environment needs to be equipped with a wireless network.
It is recommended that the meter be installed centrally. There is no wall or metal shelter
between the meter and the wireless router. The router should choose one with high cost
performance and long service life.

2). Installation and fixing:

Clip the meter onto the standard 3.6 guide rail. When installing, first clip the upper end of the
meter into the slot. After pulling the buckle at the lower end with a slotted screwdriver, clip it
into the slot. The guide rail of the meter should be placed on a solid base plate or fire-resistant
wall. Please check whether the wiring is correct before power on.
3). Installation precautions:

Experienced electricians or professionals are required for the installation of electric energy
meters, and it is confirmed that this user guide has been read;
During installation, if there are obvious damage marks on the shell caused by violent impact
or drop, please do not install or power on, and contact our company or dealer in time;
Before leaving the factory, the electric energy meter is inspected and sealed with lead, and
can be directly installed and used;
The energy meter shall be installed in the indoor or outdoor meter box. The installation meter
is fixed on a solid fire-resistant wall, and there is no corrosive gas in the air.
4). Transportation and storage:

The transportation and storage of electric energy meter shall not be subject to severe impact,
and the limit temperature range of transportation and storage is - 20C ~ 70c. The electric
energy meter shall be stored in the original package, the storage place shall be clean, the
ambient temperature shall be - 40C ~ 50c, the relative humidity shall not exceed 85%, and
there shall be no corrosive gas in the air;
The electric energy meter shall be stored in the warehouse and placed on the bench. The
stacking height shall not exceed 10 boxes. After unpacking, the stacking height of a single
packaged electric energy meter shall not exceed 5 layers.
