PRIMO PUNTO

In my opinion we don't need heroes in this world because a government that

educates the people towards relevant topics would be more than enough. Moreover, we as a
community must work together to make this world a comfortable and happy place for
everyone, whereas a single individual cannot possibly represent different
ethnicities, races, religions and beliefs unlike multiple voices speaking up about the
problems that they may face in today's society. But let's say that we needed heroes, in this
society there would still be a small number of people who would be indicated for the role of
the hero which means fewer points of view or blueprints to go off of.
Furthermore, in the real world there are no Supermen, there are no Wonder Women. There
are just vulnerable, fallible human beings. We see it all the time in business, in politics, in
sport.
World leaders who are unimpeachably (sometimes literally) heroic in the eyes of some, are
also irredeemably villainous in the eyes of others, just because he represents the idea of
few people. However with a solid government who allows people's opinion to be heard in a
healthy environment there would be constant discussion and growth.

SECONDO PUNTO
Besides, the hero can only solve the problem momentarily as opposed to a community
action whose effects will be long-lasting. In other words, away from Hollywood back in the
real world things tend to be much more complicated because our leaders don’t have
superpowers and intervene in world problems is way harder than what it looks like in your
favourite movie, so people must take part in making decisions that benefit everyone so that
we won’t have to face harsh consequences in the future and that is why community actions
are the foundation of a stable and developed society, only that way we can hope to build a
safe world for ourselves and the generations to come. Not to mention the serious damage
we have done to the environment and I would argue that a hero would not be able to undo
the harm we have caused because at the end of the day heroes don’t have the powers you
see in movies and we all need to put in effort to cure that damage. Lastly, if you truly believe
in special powers, you may need to take a reality check.

TERZO PUNTO
While the idea or the image of the hero if you will, might be fascinating it’s not as beneficial
to society as one may think, it’s time for people to fight for what’s right and actively
participate in the community because it affects everyone and we can’t just stand back and
watch cruelty and injustice go past us in hopes of some sort of hero to come and save us all.
Let’s figure out how to engage the hearts and minds of
Everyone. A healthy future is not something a hero can create for us. It’s something we can
only create together, as a community. Communities discover what we care about and make
it a reality, creating the conditions for everyone to bolster his or her opinion.
“Leadership” is not something that involves the power of a single person, but it creates a
situation where everyone has a valuable role. This can only happen if the company
cooperates together. If each of us collaborates, we can solve the world’s problems without
the help of a superhero.
