Management?
Operations Management is the administration of business practices to
maximize efficiency within an organization. It involves planning, organizing,
optimizing and overseeing the organization’s business processes to establish
sustainable cost leadership. Operations Associates are responsible to ensure
that the organization successfully converts inputs such as materials, labour,
and technology into profitable products or services.

including but not limited to Business Process Re-

Management, Quality Control, Forecasting and Planning,

Operations Associate plays a major role in streamlining critical business

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ideate, design, re-engineer and optimize business processes to establish long term
cost leadership by improving customer satisfaction and driving profitability for the
business.

Conduct rigorous data analysis to understand process gaps/ bottlenecks and solve
them with the help of intelligent automation.

Drive and track KPIs related to delivery efficiency, budget adherence, stakeholder
escalations and project risk management, on a daily basis using performance
dashboards.

Ensure smooth functioning and continuity of both critical as well as trivial business
tasks, through building a strong interlinkage between people, processes and
technology.

Perform RCAs (Root Cause Analyses) to discover the core reasons behind stakeholder
escalations or process failures, and thereby identify permanent solutions to ensure
that similar issues do not arise in the future.

Design frameworks to effectively handle stakeholder grievances and resolve them at a


minimal TAT.

Deploy best practices pertaining to Six Sigma and Total Quality Management (TQM) to
elevate business performance through the reduction of defects/ errors/ anomalies to
an absolute minimum.
