Chapter 1: Creating the Project
1. Create project

2. Click New  Enterprise project

3. Create and provide a clear name project (for example: cohort + team number)
Please mention the group member names in the description.
Leave the start date as indicated and no need to assign an owner.

4. Access the project by clicking on the project name

Chapter 2: Developing the project

1. Click on Manually schedule

2. In this session we are only working with task name, duration, start, finish, and predecessors
columns. So, please rearrange by selecting and moving the columns.

Or, you can also choose the configure option:

3. You can add task by clicking on insert or delete task by clicking on delete

4. Add the name of the task to the schedule

For example (also now you know how to make nasi goreng 😉)

5. Add Start and end time to the respective task

6. Add task interdependencies in the column “Predecessors”

After entering the task interdependencies you can now see the Gantt Chart on the right side.

7. Order the tasks on Id number (important, otherways you cannot group activities)

9. Select the task that belong to that group and indent

Chapter 4: Sharing the results

1. We are interested mainly interested in the schedule logic. Hence, please download the
excel format and upload this on Blackboard. Also, copy-paste the Gantt Chart in the
excel file. This is unfortunately not done automatically.
