Research Project Title: A study on the impact of human resource management practices on
employee performance in Danang city
Objectives of the research project: In this study, the author will focus on the factors of HRM
practices that affect employee performance in Danang. Therefore, the objectives of this
research are Systematize theoretical bases on human resource management practices and
the impact of it on employee performance; Identify and evaluate of factors of HRM
practices affecting employee performance in Danang city; Provide some solutions on
improving the employee performance base on HRM practices
How the collection of these data will help: The collection of this data will allow researchers
to conduct a more in-depth study of the research project's purpose.
What participants will be asked to do: This research project will survey employees working
at enterprises in Da Nang to study the factors affecting employee performance.
How the data will be used: To clarify the theory and factors of HRM practices that impact
employee performance, the study conducted a comprehensive survey in Da Nang and
applied quantitative research methods. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires
related to the topic to employees working at enterprises in Da Nang. The target audience
includes people of different ages, genders, incomes, and education. From there, the results
will be used to analyze data through SPSS software, to analyze the reliability of the variables
as well as the correlation and regression between the variables.
Data Protection: In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, all data
collected will be stored in an anonymised form, securely on the University’s IT system and
will be destroyed following the completion of the course.
