2.3.1 MEM
Input/see preset point target, zero tolerance, and auxiliary output threshold
2.3.2 STRT
Start the sequential batching only if the sequential batching mode and the batching number is greater than 1.
Start the recipe with the recipe management random ingredient mode (PFRand), and only allow to start a
certain ingredient after starting the recipe.
2.3.3 EMPTY

2.3.4 PAUS
18
ID510 WEIGHING CONTROLER
2.3.5 ABORT
The process of batching shall be suspended and the batching shall be completely terminated
2.3.6 RSUM
2.3.6 NEXT
In the process of manual sequence batching, when one kind of material feeding is finished, wait for
confirmation to proceed to the next material feeding
2.3.6 RST
Under PFRand, when the recipe is finished, the ingredient flow must be reset through the RST function key or
the stop cancel command of external input, and all completed output signals are cleared before starting the next
recipe.
19
ID510 WEIGHING CONTROLER
3.2 The process introduction
Support automatic zero clearing, automatic keyboard skinning and preset skinning before feeding of the
first material
Support before feeding 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 kinds of materials, automatic peeling (net weight batching
mode)
In overshoot detection, overload is found and manual and automatic feeding is supported
After the completion of feeding, if the feeding mode is configured as a-dump or a-dose, the feeding will be
performed automatically
(M-dump or A-dump) must set the zero tolerance. When the weight is reduced to the zero tolerance range,
the emptying and discharging will be finished after the discharge delay
In the process of feeding, the PAUSA button or external PAUSA can be used to cancel the input of PAUSA
to suspend the ingredient. When the ingredient is suspended, the external start continues signal can be
input to resume the ingredient
20
ID510 WEIGHING CONTROLER
3.2.2 Random feed process(MRandom or ARandom)
Starting material no. 1, starting material no. 2, starting material no. 3, starting material no. 4, starting
material no. 5, starting material no. 6, starting material no. 7, starting material no. 8 signals to trigger the
addition of various materials
The feeding mode will not be detected after the end of feeding. The empty and the constant feeding will
always work in the manual mode (M-dump and M-dose).
In the process of feeding, the PAUSA button or external PAUSA can be used to cancel the input of PAUSA
to suspend the ingredient. When the ingredient is suspended, the input of the external corresponding
material starting signal will resume the ingredient. If the input is suspended again, the ingredient will be
completely terminated
21
ID510 WEIGHING CONTROLER
Automatic and manual blanking is supported for both incoming and fixed-value blanking.
Automatic feeding mode: if the feeding result is less than the set qualification range, the feeding can be realized
automatically
Manual feeding mode: if the feeding result is less than the set qualification range, the feeding can be realized
manually
When filling materials, by controlling the slow feeding output (ON/OFF) of various materials, the opening and
closing time must be set
Zero tolerance comparator, when the gross weight is less than or equal to set the upper limit value, the
output conduction
Upper limit comparator, the current gross weight is greater than or equal to the set upper limit value, and
the output is on
Lower limit comparator, current gross weight less than or equal to set upper limit value, output on

Only 40001 is a 16-bit signed integer, the others are unsigned 16-bit integers
(2) – When in the configuration menu, the startup fails to capture the zero, the upper overload, and the lower
overload state, the weight data is invalid.
Where 40001 is 0, the host needs to test this bit to ensure the system safety and reliability
※ After the host sets the new dividing value through MODBUS, it must be
re-initialized through Bit15 in 40007
(3) – The accumulative weight and accumulative number are all 32-bit integers. When writing, it must be written
by 16 command. Only 0 is supported to clear the accumulative weight and cumulative number
(4) – The accumulations of materials including M1, M2, M3, M4, M5 and M6 can only be read and cannot be
written. When 40054/55(cumulative weight of ingredients) or 40056/57 (cumulative weight of ingredients) is
cleared, 40058/59(cumulative weight of M1), 40060/61(cumulative weight of M2), 40062/63(cumulative weight of

When the scale is applied, the printing storage is configured as "Enable" and loaded with SD memory card. When
the meter prints weight data, it will automatically save the printing Record to the high-capacity SD card. The file
name is fixed as Record.
The specific format is as follows:
Record Scale Date Time Gross Tare Net Unit
1 1 11/8/2010 8:05:58 5.04 0.04 5.00 Kg

When the records in the ingredients are configured as "SaveSD" or "Prt&Save" and loaded into the SD card, the
specific records of the ingredients will be automatically saved to the SD card in the process of ingredients. The file
name is fixed as Fill.XLS, which can be opened directly under EXCEL.

Chapter 7.0 Free weight calibration
ID510 supports the calibration function by entering the sensitivity of the sensor, thus eliminating the difficulty
that cannot be calibrated without weight, or all kinds of trouble caused by requiring large weight. The following
calibration process:
The instrument is equipped with weight - free calibration
The actual zero sensitivity of the input sensor (the attenuation coefficient of the sensor after it passes
through the junction box should be considered)
Zero calibration
At the end of calibration, place the object with known weight to test the weight. If necessary, adjust
the attenuation coefficient according to the test results.
Zero calibration
44
ID510 WEIGHING CONTROLER
When the system fails and the instrument needs to be replaced, and the calibration is not available, it can be
handled through the emergency recovery correction result.
On the scale interface maintenance interface, page down to the correction result maintenance interface. If the
correction mode is "2-p", only the range correction maintenance can be seen.If it is "3-p", you can see the range
correction maintenance and linear correction maintenance; The result of emergency recovery is achieved by input
zero internal code, range correction weight, range correction result, linear correction weight and linear correction
result.
Attention: the emergency recovery results can only be used in the case that there is no way to calibrate,
and the scale is not guaranteed to be absolutely correct. Once the conditions are mature, it must be
re-calibrated before use.
There are four switches on the motherboard, and the specific functions are defined as follows
1 2 3 4
ON - No calibration ON – Allow key lock ON – Load factory ON – Enter the update
(lead seal) OFF – Disable key defaults program mode, which
OFF – Allow the lock must be OFF for
calibration normal use

A 24VDC can be 12 to 30VDC, with a typical reliable connection of 12VDC or
