paternal grandfather of George Jun Gano Seneca are known to be an authentic member of the
Tuwali Indigenous Peoples/Indigenous Cultural Communities (IPs/ICCs) and whose place of
origin was traceable at Ubuag, Hingyon, Ifugao.
Further Certify that George Jun G. Seneca is also a legitimate member of the Indigenous
Peoples belonging to the Tuwali IPs/ICCs of Barangay Ligaya.
