TASK 3: MY WARM UP (AMEI 1322)

TASK 3: Design and represent your own general warm-up by following the table below. Use your own
photos to represent each exercises. Remember to put the name of each exercise in English. Adjust the
photos and use only 1 or 2 sheets. Use symbols and arrows to represent your movement!
1.- ARTICULACIONS: Mobility during 1 minute following an order.
