Power is the Key

Topic: The Congress of the Confederation,

Slavery taxes:
- It is suggested that people who do not comply with the delivery of the necessary documents
for this slave to be "free" will not only be taxed because they have a slave, but also for not
granting them the documents that they should have to show themselves as slaves. The taxes
collected through these cases will be kept (wealth harvesting) to give the government more
power.

Laws:
- We are concerned about the possibility that only rights set on this list will be retained and the
others will not. Thus, we consider it crucial to establish more guarantees for the people.
Having said this, we introduce the CONVALESCAT law. Though we relate to the people and
understand their situation, we have the idea that most of these rights, if not well regulated,
will only bring more problems. If we let the government take it upon them to protect
everyone, the rights of bills will not be needed because of everything stated.

- A long-term solution is that the House of Representatives of all the states work together to
create the law to protect our lands from invaders and equal rights for all Americans regardless
of their race, gender, or social status.

- On another hand, we consider it convenient to create "Regional Committees for Transparency

and Citizen Surveillance", which will contribute dynamically to political control and
management, as well as to access information for citizens on the actions of the central
government. and the other states independently.

Education:
- A short-term solution we propose is that education being the basis of a fair and developing
society, the creation of comprehensive schools where all citizens of the state learn what is
necessary for their basic education and also trades that help them work within their city.

Mixed Government:
- A solution for stopping discussions is to put into action the proposal of a Peaceful
Government Plan. Achieving parties' main ideals in a peaceful way. It will work with a
treatment of federalists and antifederalists policies, called a mixed government. Our Congress
can be transformed into a Congress of Pacts for these parties' agreements. Thus,
disagreements will not affect the stability of the country anymore. However it will not apply
with the Bill of Rights. We think that when people really want to succeed, it will always be
the correct way, the peaceful way to reach their goals.
- Through non-enmity with the opposite chamber, we can achieve a beneficial agreement for
the country. By this I mean that a dialogue could be reached to apply the good ideas on the
part of the Federalists while taking into account the ideas of the anti-Federalists. We can
delegate aspects of the government to the anti-federalists to have more diversity and have a
more united state.

Amendment:
- A solution could be to give a copy of the constitution to the thirteen states to sign it up and
letting each state have the liberty to put laws on the state; every state can do the amendments
they want without changing the bases of the constitution for it to work. This will allow the
country to have a decentralized power to defend the country in any case of attack and to not
have a lot of power.
- Establishes the legal limitations of each state or province against citizenship, regarding article
1 of the constitution.
- Prohibits Congress from enacting any law that violates the freedom of thought or religion of
the person. Finally, establish an article that indicates that both the central government and the
independent states must ensure the defense and common welfare in economic, social and
political matters.
