Whenever you are stuck and you think that you got nothing to do, you probably want to try
Morgan Spurlock things called “try something new for 30 days”. The idea is really simple, do
what you really want to do or reduce the thing you probably shouldn’t do such as binge-watching
movies for long span of time. Why 30 days though? Because it is the right amount of time to add
a new habit or even subtract old habit. Do something simple at first, don’t do something crazy or
huge that you won’t be able to maintain it. For example, take a picture of anything you see
outside of your home every single day for 30 days. This is actually simple but can be hard as we
will be forced to go out of our home. However, with time, this will help you appreciate your
surrounding that normally we take for granted. Another example is just simply cut off your sugar
consumption. Sugar is kinda bad for our health, since it is 7x more addictive than cocaine. This is
simple, but not easy per se, however once you do that for 30 days, you won’t crave any sugar
anymore.
This 30-day challenge will help you in many ways. However, remember that just do a small
challenge that actually sustainable. There’s nothing wrong of wanting to do a huge and crazy
challenge, however it will less likely to stick. Do small challenge that will actually give impact to
