EXPERIENCE : 2 YEARS
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INVOLVED : Testing a created program
in various situtations. (For example: If a code is created for ATM to
withdraw money, what will happen if customer enter the wrong pin.)
DUTIES INVOLVED : Has to report to the Team lead.
HOW THE JOB IS PERFORMED : Through a laptop with citrix software
software given by wipro and high speed internet connection.
DISCOMFORT : no proper communication with other subordinates
since the work is done completely through online.Sitting for long
hours before laptop causing eye strain and other problems.
RELATIONSHIP : She should have a good relationship with Developer.
And with other departments like human resource.
Physical and mental strength : comparatively she should have more
mental strength than physical strength due stress in case of overtime
Training : 1 month
Hazards : Phishing, tested data stealing if firewall is not updated and
bugs are not fixed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Since,she was recruited during 2021 (covid time).The selection
process and recruitment was completely conducted through online
mode.
Though her work location is in sholinganallur she still works from
home.
Her current project is of an electricity holding company.
To test the layouts for electricity within the city and check them.
The equipment used by her are laptop with citrix software and high
speed internet connection.
Her discomforts were low speed internet connection due to remote
area.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Health : Does not apply.Normal health conditions.
Weight : Does not matter.
Vision : Should be clear she may wear glasses but able to see clearly.
Voice : Does not matter much.Only for communication with other
subordinates.
Mechanical aptitude is needed for programs like Sql
Queries,Xml,Java,CCB Tool.
Analytical ability is important to check what outcome will come if
wrong input is given.
Mental alertness and concentration is very much important during
the training period to learn the new skills required for the job to do it
effectively.
RECRUITMENT

 It was an external source of recruitment since she was


selected from outside the organization.
 Shortlisting was done by compulsory specification here
was that candidate should have studied maths in 12th or
college.
 Screening was done by since in the organization all the
tests were conducted on online mode they checked
whether the candidates had their microphone on silent
mode,Camera on.
 They checked majorly whether the candidate has
performed well on aptitude round and has secured a
high percentage.
 The minimum time taken by the Hr for per person was
10 minutes as per the information received.
 It was at an average of 48 candidates they interviewed
per day.
 They asked questions from the studied syllabus in Hr
round.
 She felt that the Hr saw whether the persons
communication skills were good to intereact with
teammates.
 It was a more time-consuming process then an
expensive process.
SELECTION PROCESS

Step – 1 Application scurtiny – She filled the application through


college.With the help of google form sent by the organization.
They sent notification for next round through mail.the contents of
the application were Personal information,Qualification,Contact
details,Interests,Skills (Programming and Python).
The compulsory specification here was that candidate should have
studied maths in 12th or college.
Step-2 Aptitude Round (written assessment)
Reasoning - It had questions from typical topics like Arrangements,
word sequence, data sufficiency, Syllogism, series, coding-
decoding, etc. It devised to check the deductive, inductive, and
abductive reasoning skills of the candidates.
Logical – To check a candidate's ability to interpret data, analyze
and derive logical conclusions. 
Verbal - It is composed of questions from reading comprehension
passages, grammar-based topics, and vocabulary. These questions
are put to check the candidate's grasp of the fundamentals of the
English language.
Step – 3 Technical round (Hr round)
The questions were asked mostly from the syllabus studied in
college.
Step – 4 Medical examination – NIL
Step - 5 Reference Check
Checking the back ground with 10th and 12th marksheet unique number.
Step – 6 Offer letter
The offer letter was sent to the candidate by Email and post.

A) Company logo -
B) No compensation and benefits were only internet claim.
C) Job title – Tester
D) She had to sign a bond for 5 years.
E) She has paid holiday for 25 days a year.
F) She had approximately 25 – 30 days to accept the offer.
G) She had to sign the letter of intent.
The job offer was accepted by the candidate.

Step – 7
Appointment and Placement
She received the appointment letter through mail.
And placement occurred through online.
