COVERT INTEL - Serious

Word is coming out from Intelligence communications

circuits CLAIMING the drug cartels in northern Mexico are
now being armed by . . .  Russia.  "Significant, advanced,
military weaponry, encrypted communications gear, and
surveillance equipment" has allegedly already been sent.
The apparent goal is to allow the drug cartels to start aiming
THEIR weapons at the US, the way NATO is using U.S.
weapons to aim at Russia!  To cause military fighting on the
U.S. border, the way the U.S. is causing military fighting (with
Ukraine) on Russia's border.
The outbreak of heavy fighting in the Mexican state of Sinaloa
late last week was deemed due to the arrest of "El Chapo's"
son on drug trafficking charges.    But the level of violence
may be a direct result of heavier weapons being made
available to the cartels by Russia.
Again, this is covert intel and it is not - as yet - verified.  It is,
however, what is being claimed.
