    Dear Sir /Madam,

    RE: Goods received under Aramex AWB# 32373004193

    We were informed by our logistic service provider that the goods sent by our parent company in
    India has been retained by the Sri Lanka Customs due to non-availability of the clearance
    certificate/letter from your regulatory body.

    We confirmed that goods received was sent by our parent company in India in order to use in
    normal cause of business. Full list of goods are attached to this letter as Annexure 1.

    Further, we confirm that goods we received are not for sale and have no commercial value.

    We kindly request your good office to issue a letter/certificate to Sri Lanka Customs in order to for us
    to get cleared the items were retained with them.
