Finished Goods Transport/Delivery/ Procedure

To All Logistics Staffs

Please follow the below checklists or procedures during FG delivery/ transport of
Finished Goods to up-country and Addis Ababa.

1. Make sure that you have copy of driving license and owners certificate
2. Make sure the Truck is in good condition to provide the service requested
3. Take drivers full name and contact address
4. Make sure loading is done properly i.e. what is at the base and on top is done
accordingly
5. Make sure the driver signed on deliver/dispatch/ document
6. Make sure you provided necessary details of the agent/Customer/ address,
contact person and contact name
7. Make sure the driver covers the product properly
8. Follow-up timely delivery of the shipment on transit
9. Confirm via phone that the agent received the deliveries in good condition
10.Proof of delivery must be signed & stamped by the agent or the agent must
issue Goods Receiving Note and same shall be returned to Factory on timely
fashion
11.Report timely to the GLM if there is any challenge, accident or problem
encountered while on transit
