THINK ONLY OF BEING ON HIS ‫ ﷺ‬WAY

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh.

A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm.
Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn.
Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā,
Dastūr Mawlana Shaykh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-
Ḥaqqānī. Madad. Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.

Shukr to Allah ‫ﷻ‬, today once again in order to honor our Holy Prophet ‫ ﷺ‬we are
going to the Mawlid celebration in our Dergah [Cyprus]. Just like we gather there every year
for the honor of Mawlid, we will be there this year as well insha’Allah. Our intention is to
follow the way of our Holy Prophet ‫ﷺ‬, to make people love him ‫ ﷺ‬and to love him ‫ﷺ‬. This
is our biggest duty.

Because who loves our Holy Prophet ‫ﷺ‬, Allah ‫ ﷻ‬will love him. Our Holy Prophet
‫َّللاَ فَات ه ِبعُونِي يُحْ ِب ْب ُك ُم ه‬
salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam says, ‘ُ‫َّللا‬ ‫’قُ ْل ِإن كُنت ُ ْم ت ُِحبُّونَ ه‬, ‘Qul in kuntum
tuhibbuna Llāha fāttabi‘ūnī yuhbibkumu Llāh’, ‘Say, [O Muhammad], “If you should love
Allah , then follow me, [so] Allah will love you”.’ (Qur’ān 03:31). “If you love Allah ‫ﷻ‬,
follow me ‫ ﷺ‬so that Allah ‫ ﷻ‬loves you”. Otherwise, He ‫ ﷻ‬won’t love. Wherever you go
and whatever else you do, it has no value in the sight of Allah ‫ﷻ‬. The value in the sight of
Allah ‫ ﷻ‬is by being together with our Holy Prophet ‫ﷺ‬, to walk on his ‫ ﷺ‬way, to do his ‫ﷺ‬
Sunnah and what he ‫ ﷺ‬shows us. That’s it.

What you should think about every day in this world is this. Things that people
think about are other things. And then they say, “It happened like this, it happened like
that” and get upset. They get upset about the state of this world. Do not look at the state
of this world. You should mind your own state. Look at what you are thinking about.
Your thinking should be about our Holy Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, the way of
Islam and your worship. This is what is important. When you think about these, the rest
becomes worthless.

His ‫ ﷺ‬way is the way of happiness, the way of relief and the way of goodness with
the permission of Allah ‫ﷻ‬. What we need the most during these days is to follow his ‫ﷺ‬
way. The whole world is getting worse day by day. People have more hardship. In order
to remove that hardship, our thinking should be about our worship and being on the way
of our Holy Prophet ‫ﷺ‬. He ‫ ﷺ‬will save us from hardships with the permission of Allah ‫ﷻ‬.
 Therefore, may Allah ‫ ﷻ‬make these days blessed for us. May Allah ‫ ﷻ‬help us all.
May there be strength to our Iman so that the hardships in this world turn out as benefit
to us, not as loss.
