 Industry 4.0 / IIOT – Fetching the data of various important parameters from a
bottleneck machine to monitor its performance. Project done in house with support
of a start-up with an investment of just Rs. 1.80 Lac.
 Conceptualising and designing 3 fully automated warehouses for keeping the fabric
rolls, dyed yarn and sample fabric rolls :
o 4500 storage location double deep ASRS
o 24m high vertical storage system for sample fabric rolls
o Miniload ASRS (crates storage) with 4000 storage locations
o Trucks modification for automated material handling
o Automation in loading unloading of crates/pallets - operation made
completely manless
 Reduction in Vehicle Turn Around Time
 Optimizing the Entire Supply Chain through Lean Manufacturing, and Operational

Excellence.
 Lead times Reduction using Cycle time studies and interpretation of trends of cycle
 time of last three years.
 Lead Time reduction in Yarn Dyeing by 20%. 
 Optimisation of the manpower by reducing/eliminating the NVAs and process
reengineering, resulting in the savings of 2 manpower / shift.
 Enhancing the efficiency of the workers of a workstation by implementing KAIZENS.

 Decreased lead time of products within the plant and minimized the WIP at the
 bottleneck machines by applying TOC principles 
 Optimized manpower with the help of data analysis and time studies in various

which the manpower working in the offices on computers were optimised
 Capacity calculations for garmenting lines and optimising the work done by stitching
