Customer 1

 A North Eastern female arrived at a clothing store along with a couple of her friends.
 She has been visiting the market for a long time now. She generally comes for the good north
eastern food and the infamous cafes i.e. Ama Cafe, Mila Cafe, kalsang Café.
 The Tibet market provides them a good platform to window shop.
 They did not have a fixed budget in mind but each visit to Majnu ka Teela for infamous cafes
costs them around 1500-2000 per head.
Food options here vary in prices, eatery stalls and local cafes and restaurants at the back end are
cheaper but the infamous cafes like Ama are on the higher end of the pricing structure.
 No bargaining, fixed pricing model
 The good food and the market to window shop bring them back.

Customer 2

 A female in her late twenties stepped in the store of (chips and all).
 The pretty wooden chopsticks on the counter caught her eye so she stopped by to buy one of
them.
 She has been visiting the market since the time she moved to Delhi. It has been around 2-2.5
years.
 She comes to Majnu ka Teela for the Food and the market. She likes to explore different cuisines
and finds Majnu Ka Teela a perfect place for that.
 She did not have a fixed budget in mind but was willing to spend around 4000 as it was her
birthday and she wanted to treat her friends.
 The vast variety of Korean food items is what attracts her the most to visit the place.

Customer 3

 A group of friends entered the Koja store ( A Miniso like store, selling trendy minimalistic items)
 They were college students who exclusively came to the market for shopping clothes and shoes.
 They had a budget of 1000-2000 per head (depending over the products)
 They had come to the store to buy gifts for someone. They bought an anklet and were satisfied
with their purchase
 They find Miniso to be a similar brand but with a slightly higher pricing mode
 The ambience of the market and the shops brings them back to the market

Customer 4

 A married couple in their 30s visits the Majnu K a Teela to get a flavor of Tibet.
 They come to the market to visit the Buddhist Temple and had plans to rome around the market
for shopping.
 They have been visiting Majnu ka Teela for 4-5 years. But are not regular customers of the
market.
 They didn’t have a budget as they did not have any particular product in mind to purchase.
 The Tibet-like aesthetics and the Budhhist temple pull this couple to the market once in two
months.

Customer 5

 A guy who seemed to be a college student had come to Delhi with his friends for the first time
and was exploring the city
 He had heard a lot about this market and its cafes. The group had plans to visit Ama Café but
had 1 hour of waiting time to kill.
 Since they had come to the market for the first time, they found it difficult to navigate through
and seemed a bit confused.
 They had a budget of 5000 (1250 per head) for the café but were flexible with this limit.
 Overall they were having a great time at Majnu ka Teela and were excited to visit the Ama cafe.

Customer 6

 A family had come to the market to purchase clothes for their Daughter
 They said that budget-friendly and good-quality clothes can be found easily at the stalls.
 They had a budget of 2000-2500 to be spent on two jackets and a pair of jeans.
 They live nearby and had been coming to the market for a long time as they find it convenient
and cheap to shop.
 They also visit Kamla Nagar market to shop for clothes
 The good quality products and the no bargain policy attracts the family to shop from this market
