under construction .

not cross the construction zone under any circumstances.

Non-compliance to this notice will involve strict actions from the HR and Admin departments.

It has been reported to the Human Resources Manager on 25 th March, 2020 that you
have allegedly been lackadaisical and ignorant of your work lately. As per many
complaints you have failed to deliver the planned project to our esteemed client
because of this behaviour.

In view of the gravity of the alleged misconduct, you are suspended on full pay for a
period of 10 working days.

You are hereby required to show cause in writing within 15 days of receiving of this
email and explain as to why no disciplinary action should be taken against you.

Please note that this suspension is not a punishment. It is to facilitate the


management’s investigation into the alleged misconduct and to allow you the
opportunity to present your case.

If you fail to submit an explanation by the stipulated date, a decision will be taken
without further reference to you.

The Hindalco Hospital Group is hosting a Blood Donation bank on 15 th feb.,
2022 near the entry Gate no.1 of the birla market. Certified physicians and
registered nurses would be available on that day for your service.

All healthy individuals above the age of 18 are requested to come forward in
large number and donate blood to save lives. The camp will be open from 9:00
am to 4:00 pm. Donors will be provided with refreshments and a certificate of
appreciation.
