II. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE

Suffrage is a right given to all Filipino citizens of legal age. For a democratic country like ours,
anyone with qualifications can be a candidate for a certain government position and anyone of
legal age can vote.
This Infommercial/Vlogging aims to make voters aware about the importance of their votes and
make them informed on how to wisely discern and choose the candidate/s they think can help our
country and people the best.
III. OBJECTIVES
The Infommercial/Vlogging aims to influence the citizens or netizens to become responsible
voters which prevail positive election results.
IV. REQUIREMENTS:
1. Materials/Tools:
* Any video editing software or applications.
* Computer/Smartphone Camera

3. It can be done in Filipino or English.
4. The Infommercial must focus on the theme and not attack or mention any personalities.
5. Use of foul words is not allowed.
6. Citation or fair use for borrowed materials (i.e. image, design, etc.) is strictly recommended.
