Learning Outcome Add introductory statement such as “At the
end of this unit/lesson student must have”
then the past tense form of learning
outcome.
Do not use similar verbs in formulating
learning outcomes.
Teaching/ Learning Activities and Performance Spell out or indicate your teaching/ learning
Indicators/ activities and performance indicators/
Assessment Tools assessment tools. Then delete the Table
with legends and code (ALS and AT).
References Include 10 or more references.
