To our gorgeous and visionary president, Dr. Charmaine P. Pagonzaga. To the

members of the Board of Trustees. Dr. Jesus Juevesano...To the VPAA, Dr. Godofredo
Ycaro. To the Assoc. VPAA, Ma'am Kert Lean Cabadonga. To the VP for Finance and
Administration, Sir George C. Patron. To our educational consultant, Dr. Teresita
Borres. To the deans of every department, program heads, esteemed faculty and staff,
ladies and gentlemen, a pleasant evening.
Tonight, we gather to witness the incredible talents that PCF faculty and staff
possess and to foster a sense of unity and camaraderie that defines our institution. As
we embark on this momentous event, let us acknowledge the dedication and
perseverance that each of us represents. From the countless hours of crafting OBTL,
modules and lessons, from complying the necessary documents for PACUCOA, it is an
absolute pleasure to see our academic community come together in such a vibrant and
celebratory atmosphere.
Let this evening be a platform to showcase talents, and a celebration of the
community that nurtures us. Beyond the glitz and glamour, this event is a testament to
the diverse talents that flourish within the walls of our institution. Take a moment to
engage with your colleagues, to share stories and experiences, and to forge
connections that extend beyond the boundaries of PCF. Let us remember that it's not
just about the spotlight on the stage, but also about the connections we build and the
