Words of Gratitude

Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed guests, honored educators, and my fellow

graduates of the 2023 TWSP-FBS NC2 Scholars, a pleasant morning to everyone.
Today, we stand united at the crossroads of accomplishment and opportunity—a
testament to unwavering determination, the transformative power of education, and the
guidance of exceptional mentors. This moment we celebrate isn't just a personal milestone,
but a collective triumph shaped by countless hours of hard work and fueled by the belief in
our potential.
In this spirit of gratitude, on behalf of my fellow scholars, I extend our deepest
appreciation to the extraordinary individuals who have played central roles in illuminating
our path and nurturing our growth.
At the forefront, our heartfelt gratitude goes to the National Director of TESDA,
Suharto “Teng” Mangudadatu. Your dedication to bridging the division between education
and employability has paved the way for us to stand here today, ready to contribute
meaningfully to the workforce.
To the Provincial Director of TESDA, Genaro Ronald C. Ibay, and our assessor, sir Arnel
S. Rubio of CPTC, who assessed our skills, with precision, your leadership, steadfast
guidance, and meticulous assessment have been instrumental in shaping the success of our
program. Your commitment to equipping us with the necessary tools and knowledge has laid
a strong foundation for our professional journey.
A special acknowledgment is due to the CEO of Cagayan State University-Aparri,
Professor Simeon Rabanal Jr., and the TVET coordinator of CSU-Aparri, Dr. Minerva M.
Galabay, to the Campus Academic Coordinator, Dr. Corazon T. Talamayan, and the Dean of
the College of Hospitality Management, Dr. Shirley S. Quinto. Your institutions have been the
nurturing ground for our aspirations, providing an environment where we could blossom.
Your belief in education's transformative power and your dedication to nurturing capable
individuals have been an unwavering source of inspiration.
To Ma'am Beverly Jean Romina and Sir Reister John Biancaflor, your unwavering
support and mentorship have been essential in our growth. Your encouragement has
empowered us to overcome obstacles and reach for excellence.
The guidance of our respected trainer, Ma'am Raschil M. Battung, has been an
irreplaceable cornerstone in honing our skills and knowledge. Your expertise, tireless
dedication, and nurturing guidance have inspired us to pursue knowledge relentlessly. Your
impact extends beyond the classroom, shaping our characters and aspirations for the better.
To my fellow scholars, united by a shared journey of learning and accomplishment,
you have proven the power of collaboration and unity. Together, we've demonstrated that
collective effort multiplies potential exponentially.
And finally, let us extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Divine Creator, for bestowing
upon us the strength to overcome challenges and the wisdom to seize opportunities.
As we embark on the next phase, armed with knowledge and skills, let us carry
forward the values of gratitude, perseverance, and compassion. This chapter marks not an
ending, but a new beginning rich with possibilities. Let us continue to make our mentors,
families, and our nation proud through our contributions to society.

As we stand at the threshold of a new era, fortified by education, hard work, and
values, let us remember the profound words of Martin Luther King Jr., "The function of
education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus
character—that is the goal of true education."
Thank you all for gracing this occasion with your presence. Congratulations to the
2023 TWSP-FBS NC2 Scholars. May your futures shine as brightly as the knowledge you've
gained, the values you uphold, and the transformative impact you are destined to create.
Thank you.
