VENOUS
CANNULAE
Find your ideal extracorporeal circuit
cannulae for your smallest patients.
Arterial cannulae are intended to return oxygenated blood to the
patient. We offer a number of product variations to facilitate a variety
of surgical techniques and patient anatomies.

Femoral cannulae are a versatile option for placement in the femoral

vein and/or artery. They are ideally suited for both percutaneous and
direct insertion.

Venous cannulae are designed to provide optimal venous drainage

while providing flexibility and ease of use. We offer a variety of single
stage venous cannulae with kink-resistant wirewound bodies. You’ll
find both straight and right angle cannulae with multi-port tips and
the option for a thin-wall metal tip design.

THE JOURNEY
BEGINS WITH A CHILD
When parents hear the news about their child’s heart,
they often fear the worst. Together — with your skilled
care and our innovations — we work to provide a
lifetime of hope.

CARDIOPLEGIA
CANNULAE
AND ADAPTERS
Find your ideal cardioplegia circuit
products for your smallest patients.
Antegrade cannulae deliver cardioplegia solution to the heart via the
coronary ostia in the normal direction of blood flow. Aortic root cannulae
infuse cardioplegia solution directly into the aortic root near the aortic valve
and can also be used to aspirate air from the aorta.
Retrograde cannulae deliver cardioplegia solution to the heart via the
coronary sinus in the reverse direction of normal blood flow. Silicone bodies
ensure product malleability under cold cardioplegia temperatures. A manual-
inflate cuff allows you to customize the inflation to fit the variances that are
present in the pediatric patient population. The cuff occludes the opening of
the coronary sinus, forcing cardioplegia flow to the coronary vessel bed of the
heart. Cannulae are available with or without a guidewire.
Cardioplegia adapters permit customization of the cardioplegia circuit.
Adapters can be used to connect multiple cardioplegia cannulae to a
single inlet source, switch between antegrade-and-retrograde delivery of
cardioplegia or attach a vent line to cardioplegia cannulae. Additional adapters
are available to extend the cardioplegia circuit length, recirculate cardioplegia
solution, or to extend the pressure monitoring line.

MAKING MORE
MEMORIES POSSIBLE
Because of your dedication to the ongoing care of your
pediatric patients, they have the possibility of creating a
lifetime of memories with family and friends.
