FORGIVENESS PRAYER

The forgiveness prayer is one of the most powerful techniques for letting go of anger and
disconnecting from a negative karmic entanglement that “dirties” our aura.  When done
in conjunction with the Meditation on Twin Hearts, the Forgiveness Prayer is a powerful
tool for flushing out negative energies that if carried for a long period of time can cause
severe damage to a person’s energy field.

After doing this prayer, we might feel lighter and may even start crying because we feel a
burden has been lifted. Whenever healing is done for any kind of pain, after doing this
prayer, usually, the pain will either be gone totally or decreased to a significant degree.
Pain is just an accumulation of dis-eased energy and once we forgive, we actually allow
the pent-up energies to disperse and flow out of our system.

FORGIVENESS PRAYER
1) GIVING FORGIVENESS
a. Put your hands in prayer position at your heart center. Imagine the person in front of
you whom you would like to forgive in a miniature size, about 1-2 feet tall.

b. Say the prayer below verbally:

” Atma _________(name of the person) Namaste!


The Divinity within me salutes the Divinity within you. [this is the literal meaning of
Atma Namaste]
We are all children of God, children of the Supreme God.
We all make mistakes. We all evolve by learning from our mistakes. 
I forgive you for your mistakes (or you can say in your own words how they have hurt
you). 
I forgive you for the hurt and pain caused by you.
You are forgiven and the matter is forgotten.
 May the Supreme God bless you with Divine forgiveness. 
May the Supreme God neutralize your negative karma and help you learn the lessons to
not repeat these mistakes.  
May peace be with you and me.
Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti Om…” ( Shanti means peace) 
c. Now imagine the person walking away from you with peace in their heart…visualize
them getting smaller and smaller the farther they go.

d. Now imagine there is an etheric link connecting you with this person from your front
solar plexus chakra to the other person. You will cut this etheric link with your hand
(imagining your hand is an etheric knife) so the person can go in peace.

e. Say “Thank you (name) for the lessons I have learned from you. I now release you and
completely let go of all negative energies exchanged between us.”

f. Imagine the person disappear.

2) ASKING FORGIVENESS (Since we have forgiven, we are entitled to be forgiven.)


a. Put your hands in prayer position at your heart center. Imagine the same person in front
of you in a miniature size, about 1-2 feet tall.

b. Say the prayer, this time with positions reversed.

 “Atma _________(name of the person) Namaste!


 The Divinity within me salutes the Divinity within you.
We are all children of God, children of the Supreme God
We all make mistakes. We all evolve by learning from our mistakes. 
I sincerely apologize for my mistakes (or you can describe in your own words your
shortcomings which have hurt others)
I am truly sorry for the hurt and pain I have also caused you.
Please forgive me and let go of the matter.
May the Supreme God bless me with Divine forgiveness. 
May the Supreme God neutralize my negative karma and help me learn the lessons to not
repeat these mistakes.

Cleansing your home

When pranic healing is done, the energy body becomes cleaner and lighter. However, if
the person’s environment is full of stress and the old diseased energies, these may just re-
contaminate the aura and slow down the healing.

Therefore, we suggest that along with Pranic Healing, patients and their families or
caretakers also cleanse out the house of any built-up negative energies with these simple
steps:

1) Air out the house.  Open all the windows, and play your favorite mantra, chants or
religious music.
– Most pranic healers will play a recording of the founder chanting Om continuously for
several hours or overnight to cleanse a space. You can buy the CD here:

– If you do buy this CD, you can also play this chant softly (almost inaudibly) during
night to help the body absorb the healing energies.
– This is also a good time to light incense and pray that God, your spiritual teachers,
guides, your higher soul, and the holy angels help cleanse the house and especially the
bedroom of the patient of all negative energies and thought forms.
2) Cleaning the house, form an intention to cleanse out all negative energies in doing the
following:
– If you have hard floors, mop the floor with soap solution that has a cup of salt.
– If you have a carpet, try sprinkling normal table salt on the carpet and saying a short
prayer to God and your guardian angels and higher self to help the salt cleanse the room.
Leave the salt for a few hours to break down any negative energies then vacuum.
– Wipe down hard furniture surfaces with salt water with an intention to break down any
negative energies
– Make sure to rinse off all hard floors and furniture surfaces with pure water so you
don’t leave a residue of salt that can damage anything valuable.
– Combine create a spray made with alcohol and a few drops of lavendar essential oil and
spray lightly on soft furniture – like sofas.
– When washing sheets and clothes worn by someone who is being healed, soak them for
30 minutes in salt water (add about 1/2 cup of salt into a full load washing machine)
– Consider replacing the patient’s pillow if it is older than 6 months.  It has absorbed
many of the patient’s stress, emotions and thought patterns, so a fresh pillow may help
the patient to break old unhelpful patterns.
