As a Principal Solution Architect of Oracle Cloud Technology at Oracle Corp. It gives
me immense pleasure to be writing this letter of recommendation in support of Mr. Mohit
for the MSc Data Science (full-time) programme at the University of Bath.
Mohit joined the organization in 2019 as a lateral hire with strong positive feedback from
his previous organization where he gave his service for 2 years. It has been more than
a year that I have known him as he was a part of the technical team led by me. He was
involved in handling security and integrations in the project. I would like to offer an
assessment of his capabilities for your consideration.
Mohit' s in-depth technical knowledge and strong communication skills made him the
face of the team for handling Oracle SAAS security which includes taking requirements
from customers and providing the best feasible solution and connecting with
stakeholders across different modules. As a part of the implementation project, he
created an automated cloud-to-cloud integration that helped customers to keep track of
ex-workers accessing their payroll data (payslip, W2, etc) using the self-service
capabilities in the HCM Cloud system. Because of his out-of-the-box thinking and
problem-solving attitude, he received shout-outs from customers and got appreciation
from the bosses of the Practice. Being a team player, Mohit holds strong bonding with
the team which helped the team to win the race even under strict timelines.
Looking at his all-around capabilities, he was identified as one of the technical trainers
and he trained 20 resources who joined us as college pass-out freshers. He received
excellent feedback on all aspects of the training sessions. Mohit's sheer determination
and commitment to his job without compromising the quality have proved him to be a
great asset to the organization.
Considering the above qualities, curious mindset, and keenness to learn. I strongly
endorse his application for admission to your esteemed institution and also for financial
