• Conducting safety Inspection, safety audits & checking compliance with

respect to safety standards & appraisingmanagement for timely corrective
action, preventive action(CAPA).
• Review of HIRA,SWP/SOP,Critical Rask Verification and CAPA
compliances
• Manual activity verification and action plan
• Implementation of contractor safety management system (CSMS), permit
to work(PTW)
system, Six direction hazard identification, preparing and incorporating
inputs of execution
team in safe working procedure(SWP)

• Analyzing Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Control with all the
concerned persons & suggestion for any changes as required
• Inspection of PPEs and tools
• Preparing Waste Disposal procedure and plan accordingly
• Following 5s System in the site and Plan accordingly
• Preparing all Vehicle Audit Report,Tools and power tools audit report and
share with the
concerned department
• Sharing the monthly exception report to the department for the
compliances
• Preparing the Consequence repeatedly analysis
• Preparing the Overtime analysis report
• Preparing the PPE matrix for all routine and non routine jobs
• Monthly safety standard audit as per checklist and track the mandatory
compliances
• Preparing the GO and NO GO Criteria of Vehicle checklist
• Conducting Monthly Review Meeting with SBU head and Safety Head
• Conducted EHS Promotional Activities like National Safety Day, World
Environment Day,
Road Safety Month, and Monthly Safety awards for employees and Sub
