Welcome to this first week of the 7-week module.

This module has 11 topics and each topic

will take a week to complete. The topic for this week is: Overview of environmental
health: General introduction

The educational approach in this module is a step-by-step facilitated process and we will not
have any virtual class meetings this week.

In this first week we will spend most of our time reading, discussing topics, watching a video
and completing a quiz. You will also start to plan the group assignment.

There are 3 small assignments in week 1: One is a quiz and two will be in the form of a
discussion.

days. On this slide I list numerous ways which you can make contact during the module.
