OPLAN CD: CDC-PS

Our client, Filinvest Land Incorporated (FLI) awarded to Aglipay Security Incorporated
(ASI) the security services of their establishments identified as Ciudad de Calamba and Pueblo
Solana which are situated at Barangay Punta and Barangay Babuyan, Calamba Laguna;
respectively. The scheduled date of takeover is on January 1, 2020 wherein ASI is committed to
take over the said establishments in a smooth manner without hampering its business
operations of the latter. Hence, this plan.

A- RECRUITMENT and POOLING OF GUARDS:

1. The recruitment and pooling of security personnel shall be done according to the agency standards in
general and to the Guard Core Competencies as per letter A of the TOR, in particular. It will start
immediately after the approval of this plan until December 23, 2019. (Attn: Admin)

1.1. The pooling of guards to be interviewed by client must be endorsed to Operations Department on
December 27, 2019 for proper disposition. The total number of security personnel needed is being
identified in letter D of the TOR described as Manpower Requirement and Working Hour Schedule.

1.2. Operations Department (OD) should arrange the schedule of interview with client on the succeeding
dates effective December 27, 2019. The latter shall simultaneously facilitated ON SITE RECRUITMENT
purposely to recruit candidate guards that are being resided nearby the property and to accommodate
guards to be absorbed from the outgoing agency.
1.3. The list of qualified guards should be endorsed to Admin on December 28, 2019 for further processing
re completion of uniforms, ATM and etc.
1.4. Admin should endorse all qualified guards to OD on December 29, 2019 (COB) for proper disposition.

B. PRE- TAKEOVER PERIOD

1. In preparation for the takeover date, the following program/system must be observed by
respective departments.

2. Preparation during the parallel/final OJT of guards @client

2.1. OD is responsible for the movement of troops from agency to client

2.1.1. Assembly time- is at ASG office at around 0400H December 31, 2019;
2.1.2. Jump-off time- is at around 0430H December 31, 2019;
2.1.3. Final guard’s briefing/formation at client premises is at around 0530H December 31, 2019;
and
2.1.4. Deployment of guards is upon final confirmation and go signal of client.

NOTE: AFTER DEPLOYMENT, OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT SHALL SUPERVISE THE TROOPS UNTIL
THE END OF THE TRANSITION PERIOD which is January 31, 2020.

2.2. Logistics/Admin is responsible in the preparation of vehicles to be used in moving/conveying the


guards from ASG office.

3. Equipment Preparation:

3.1. Equipment needed for Ciudad de Calamba and Pueblo Solana were identified in letter J of the TOR
described as Operational Tools and Equipment. The said TOR was endorsed earlier to Logistics
Department for preparation;

3.2. All equipment must be presented to the President and Senior Manager, Head ASG Operations on or
before December 30, 2019 for inspection/inventory and proper disposition; and

3.3. Final showdown of equipment from client representatives is depending on their availability but not
later than December 31, 2019.

C. DURING TAKEOVER PERIOD:

1. The OD shall supervise the posting during the actual date of takeover in order to polish any deficiencies
thereof. The Operations Manager shall conduct also site inspection or survey to determine possible
vulnerabilities and weaknesses of established barriers to be submitted to client for proper disposition. Best
effort if ALL MANAGERS OF RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENTS SHOULD BE THERE!

D. POST TAKEOVER PERIOD

1. The OD shall prepare and submit the AFTER TAKEOVER/DEPLOYMENT REPORT to the Senior Manager and
Head of ASG Operations as part of the turnover process.

2. The OD shall coordinate to concerned departments head regarding any deficiencies/lacking of personnel
and equipment for completion.

3. The OD shall conduct the coordination to friendly forces particularly to the PNP station regarding the
deployment and other matters relative to the agency operations.

NOTE: ALL MANAGERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO MAKE THEIR RESPECTIVE IMPLAN FROM THIS OPLAN
re THIS TAKEOVER.

The over-all coordinator of this plan is the Senior Manager and Head of ASG Operations to be assisted by the ASI
Operations Manager.

1. Command Post is at ASG office.


2. Telephone and mobile phone numbers must be available in 24 hours basis while this plan is in effect.
3. Lateral coordination is authorized.
